Northstar® Resort boasts more than 100 miles of trails for mountain biking.  You won't find a larger bike park in Northern California!  Not sure where to start?  Make sure to check out our signature trail, LiveWire if you're an advanced rider and here are a few other mountain bike trails suggested by our mountain bike crew for riders of all abilities. Northstar Resort also offers scenic lift rides for miles and miles of hiking.

Trail symbols describe the general degree of challenge of trails only within this resort. Trail designations do not apply to terrain features that may exist on a trail. You are the sole judge of your ability to proceed on any trail or to use any terrain feature. Skill Development Areas (SDA) and Mountain Bike Terrain may include log jumps, rails, bridges, and other terrain features. They are provided for your enjoyment and offer adventure, challenge and fun. Skill Development Areas and Mountain Bike Terrain are designated by the orange oval. Skill Development Areas and Mountain Bike Terrain use exposes you to the risk of serious injury. Prior to using Skill Development Areas and Mountain Bike Terrain, it is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with all instructions and warnings and to follow the "Mountain Bike Responsibility Code," "Hiker's Responsibility Code ," "Northstar Resort Information & Rules," "Smart Ride" and "Trail Report ."
