Junior Golf Programs

Do you have a Tiger Woods in the making? You will be happy to hear about Northstar® Resort's golfing opportunities for junior golfers, ages 17 and under, including forward tee markers, special Junior rates, and Junior lessons and clinics.

Forward Tee Markers

At Northstar Resort, our Golf Course makes playing more fun than ever before for kids 17 and under. All Juniors can play from forward tees on Holes 1 through 9 ranging from 60 to 220 yards.

Valid for play after 12:00 p.m. during the Spring season, after 3:30 p.m. during the Summer season and unlimited play during the Fall season.
Limited Afternoon Season Pass (without cart)	$249	$269
Valid for play Monday through Thursday. Valid after 12:00 p.m. in the Spring season, after 3:30 p.m. in the Summer season, and valid during the Fall 10:30 shotguns season.

Weekly Clinics	Rate
Family Golf Clinic - Thursdays at 4:00 p.m. June 24 through August (1 adult and 1 junior)	$30 for one parent & one junior ($10 additional additional junior)
Junior Golf Clinics (17 and under) - Sundays at 10:00 a.m. June 13 through August	$20
Junior Golf School (7 - 12) - Monday & Tuesday from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. in July & August. Reservations required. Call 530.562.3290.	$80

Junior Golf Clubs and Golf Attire

All participants in the Golf Clinics and Lessons must have a set of golf clubs. If there is a need for equipment, please inform the Pro Shop. Juniors need to wear proper attire and footwear. Golf shoes or tennis shoes are suggested. Please, no flip-flops or sandals. This is a very good starting point for learning proper golf etiquette.

Golf Cart Policy

Junior golfers 17 and under are not permitted to drive golf carts. Golfers must be age 18 years of age or older to drive the golf cart.
