Baxter's Bistro & Lounge (Opening December 2008)

Baxter's Bistro & Lounge will open in December 2008 featuring a lively, inviting atmosphere paired with first-rate cuisine and live music from some of the country's top jazz acts. The unique menu and extensive wine list will keep guests coming back for more, featuring signature cocktails and appealing appetizers including oysters, charcuterie and cheeses, as well as a wine collection with something for every occasion. In addition to serving lunch and dinner, Baxter's Bistro & Lounge will be a new hot spot for après-ski and evening cocktails.

The Chocolate Bar (Opening December 2008)

Born on April 2005, The Chocolate Bar unleashed its one of a kind menu and atmosphere.  Operated by Sean Sette, they specialize in the highest quality of chocolate desserts.  The Chocolate Bar currently has two locations, one in downtown Reno and a brand new location in the Summit Sierra Mall.  They will be coming to the Village at Northstar soon!

The Chocolate Bar has a wide variety of milk, white, and dark chocolate creations to please any pallet.  They feature desserts, appetizers, wines, spirits, and their very own chocolate bar cocktails.

S’mores Kits + Euro Gelato

In the chilly winter season, purchase a s'mores kit inside True North and enjoy the night sky while roasting your own s’mores.  The fire pits around the skating rink provide the perfect spot for families, children, and parties to roast their marshmallows while they sit and enjoy the view of the Ice Rink from the center of the Village.

During the warm. hot summer months, cool off at the Euro Gelato kiosk located across from True North on the perimeter of the Skating Rink. Enjoy cool gelato flavors, sodas and cold beverages as you watch roller skaters from the comfy couches alongside the Skating Rink.
