Gourmet Dining in the Village

Northstar® Resort is pleased to an array of fine-dining options in the Village at Northstar. From refined and artistic small plates, cocktails and desserts at the trendy Chocolate Bar, to the first-rate cuisine, ambiance, wine list, and jazz acts at Baxter's Bistro & Lounge, the Village at Northstar is the place to discover the finest in Lake Tahoe dining and entertainment.

You may prefer the rustic mountain ambiance of the Rubicon Pizza Company, where a family can sit together in a curved booth while enjoying steaming pastas and gourmet pizzas. Or, perhaps you heart is set on luscious sushi rolls prepared by the chefs at award-winning Mikuni Restaurant and Sushi Bar .

Dining in? Select a fine wine and gourmet lasagna prepared by the chefs at Earthly Delights , North Lake Tahoe’s premiere catering company. You will also find fine cheeses, cured meats and fresh salads for picnic lunches or a late afternoon snack by the skating rink.

Explore Northstar

For activities, put on your hiking shoes and catch a gondola ride to the top of the mountain where you can hike for hours to scenic picnic spots overlooking the mountain ridgelines of Tahoe. Be sure and pack a picnic gourmet lunch with goodies from Earthly Delights, located in The Village.

At the foot of our mountain is our renowned, Robert Muir Graves-designed golf course located in scenic Martis valley with pines, aspens, running creeks and views of Martis Peak. Enjoy an early start with our Early Birdie nine-hole play (morning tee times) for only $45 all season long.  Of course, our pro shop and PGA-certified pros are always ready to help you gear up and tune up.

Discover Après Relaxation

After a day hiking, playing golf, tennis or a scenic drive around Lake Tahoe, enjoy a cold drink at The Village at Northstar while friends and family boogie to music on the roller skating rink.  Treat yourself to s’mores and put your feet up on the stone hearth.  The little ones can take turns on the bungee trampoline, back-dropped with alpenglow in the late afternoon.  Later, soak in the hot outdoor spas if you are our lodging guest.
