Northstar Lodging Policy

Minimum Stay

Some packages may require a minimum stay.

 

Rates Do Not Include

• Rates do not include a 10% Occupancy Tax
• 1% housekeeping gratuity
• $5 per night resort fee

Deposits

A deposit of $200 per bedroom is due at time of booking, payable by credit card. The balance (not including taxes and fees) is due 14 days (30 days for Holiday stays) before the arrival date. We will automatically charge this balance to the credit card on file. Taxes, fees and incidentals will be charged at checkout.

 

Cancellations

If a reservation is canceled, there will be a $50 fee. No refunds for canceling 14 days prior to arrival date or 30 days prior to arrival date when your stay is over a holiday.  We do offer Travel Insurance at a fee.

 

Check in + Check Out

Check-in is after 4:00 p.m. and check-out is by 11:00 a.m.

 

Travel Insurance

Purchase of travel insurance  to protect yourselves and your vacation investment.

 

Pets

Sorry, no pets are allowed in Northstar™ lodging, BUT five minutes from Northstar™ Resort, you'll find a bed and breakfast just for the furry members of your family. Call 530.587.3596 for reservations.
