Owners of the popular Truckee restaurant Moody's, JJ Morgan and Executive Chef Mark Estee have opened Baxter's Bistro & Lounge in the Village at Northstar™ featuring a lively atmosphere, inviting feel and relaxed ambiance, and first-rate cuisine that keeps locals and visitors coming back for more. Along with signature cocktails made with fresh herbs and fruit, Baxter's bar features a selection of charcuterie and cheeses, and a wine collection with something for every occasion from hard-to-find wines to a variety of popular selections, available by the glass and bottle.
