Baxter's Bistro & Lounge

Owners of the popular Truckee restaurant Moody's, JJ Morgan and Executive Chef Mark Estee have opened Baxter's Bistro & Lounge in the Village at Northstar™. Featuring lively, an inviting feel and relaxed ambiance, paired with first-rate cuisine that keeps locals and visitors coming back for more, this fine dine restaurant sets itself apart from any other Lake Tahoe restaurant. 

Along with signature cocktails made with fresh herbs and fruit, Baxter's bar features a selection of charcuterie and cheeses, and a wine collection with something for every occasion from hard-to-find wines to a variety of popular selections, available by the glass and bottle.

Please join us throughout the summer for evenings wine and intimate conversation with premier wine makers paired with excellent fare brought to you by Chef de Cuisine Michael Plapp. The evening begins with a reception at 6:30 p.m. followed by a formal sit down tasting dinner.
