Kid's Ski + Board School

Learning to ski or ride for kids at Northstar Resort couldn't be more fun at the Kid's Ski & Board School. Choose from half-day and all-day children lesson packages for kids ages 3 - 12. We also offer state licensed child care for non-skiing children ages 2 - 6 at Minors' Camp. All ages love our new Marty the Martian mascot.

Children's Lesson Times & Locations

A lesson reservation does not guarantee a space in ski school for your child. To ensure your space, you must arrive to the Kid's Ski and Snowboard School no later than the designated times. Please click here for a list of lesson & registration deadline times as well as drop off and pick up locations.

Kids Klub Cards Save $40

Northstar Kids Klub Cards save you $40 every time you make a Ski & Snowboard School group lesson reservation for all kids age 3 - 12 from March 15, 2009 through the end of the season.

Northstar Resort strongly recommends children ages 12 and under participating in the Ski & Snowboard School wear an approved, snowsports specific helmet, either a rental helmet or their own. We also recommend helmet use for all skiers and snowboarders, regardless of age or ability. Helmets are available to rent and purchase at ski and snowboard shops and the Kid's Ski and Snowboard School.
