Rental Equipment for Everyone's Needs

Northstar California's Rental Shop offers performance skis such as K2 and snowboards such as Burton. We consistently tune our equipment to ensure it performs at its best. Our equipment is suited for first timers to the rising Intermediate skier/rider. If you are more advanced we recommend our vast selection of Demo gear.

Ritz-Carlton Guests

Guests lodging at the Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe hotel can rent ski and snowboard equipment from our convenient rental shop located at the hotel. Reservations are not required for equipment rentals at the Ritz-Carlton location.

Equipment Rental Location/Hours

Equipment Rental is located on Copper Lane, on your way to the Gondola. Use our Village Directory to locate it visually. The Rental Shop is open 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. daily when the Resort is open for skiing/riding.

Rental Damage Waiver

For as little as $3 per day, protect yourself from costs of damage to our rental gear by purchasing in advance our 'Damage Waiver Protection Plan'. Forget about the worry of damage caused by hidden rocks and debris while skiing or riding.
