*Upgrades are available for an additional fee

Minimum 50 people for Timber Creek or Village Conference Center; minimum 75 people for Big Springs Lodge; $40 per person minimum for food & beverage (before tax & service charge) is required. Upgrades are available for an additional fee. Additional amenities are available on an a la carte basis. 9.25% tax and 22% service charge will be applied. Dates are based on non-holiday dates.
