Minimum 50 people for TC's Pub or Copper Lane, minimum 30 people for Martis Valley Grille; minimum 75 people for Overlook Pavilion or Lodge at Big Springs; $40 per person minimum for food & beverage (before tax & service charge) is required. Upgrades are available for an additional fee. Additional amenities are available on an a la carte basis. 10.25% tax and 20% service charge will be applied.
