What is a "direct-to-lift" corporate ticket?
We send you a lift ticket rather than a voucher so you will be able to go directly to the lifts.  No more standing in lift ticket lines to exchange a voucher, all you need is a wicket (that's the metal clip that holds your lift ticket). 

Who is eligible to buy corporate lift tickets?
Virtually anyone and everyone is eligible to buy corporate lift tickets.  We offer Child (ages 5-12), Young Adult (ages 13-22) and Adult (ages 23+) lift tickets. Yes you can buy them for your friends and family through work too!

What if I don't use all of my tickets?
Corporate Administrators are eligible to receive a full cash refund or credit towards next years Corporate Lift Ticket purchases if 2007.08 Corporate Lift Tickets are returned by May 9, 2008.

What if I am a beginner or know a beginner who would like to participate?
You can exchange your Adult lift ticket for an adult learn to ski or snowboard first timer package valued at around $94 at Northstar Resort or $84 at Sierra®  Resort.  Package includes:  A 2 hour lesson, ski/snowboard rental and an all-day lift ticket accessing the beginner terrain. It is recommended to reserve a lesson if you would like to take advantage of our begin to ride package; lessons are not guaranteed with your ticket unless you have a reservation.

Are the corporate lift tickets valid for anything other than skiing?
Yes, the Adult corporate lift ticket can be exchanged for one of the following:

• Adult learn to ski or snowboard package
• $75 credit towards Children's Lesson Packages at Northstar  Resort or Sierra  Resort, excluding Minors' Camp at Northstar Resort and Little Bandits at Sierra Resort.
• 18-hole round of Golf at Northstar  Resort.  Valid Sunday through Thursday after 1 p.m.  Other t-times available with upgrade fee.
• Mountain Biking at Northstar  Resort.

How do I use the $75 towards child lessons exchange option?
You can exchange an Adult corporate ticket for $75 towards child lessons packages. At both resorts, report to their children center - Children’s Center at Northstar Resort and Wild Mountain at Sierra Resort. Check in normally and use Adult ticket to exchange once you get to the cashier.


What do I do if I am interested in reserving a lesson package?

If you are going to Northstar Resort, you can reserve adult lesson packages or children's lesson packages online!

1. Select the date(s) you would like to take a lesson
2. Then select the Learn to ski/snowboard package
3. Assign a name/family member for the lesson package
4. Enter personal information - Your credit card will not be charged until you show up for your lesson,

If you are a no show your card will be charged full price!!! When you get to the Village you want to go directly to Village rental (located at the bottom of the stairs going up to the Gondola).  Tell the rental shop employees you want a learn to ski/ride package, then at the cashier you can use your corporate lift ticket to pay for the package.

If you are going to Sierra Resort, lessons for adults are at 10:15 a.m. or 1:15 p.m. daily.  It is not possible to guarantee an adult lesson so it is advised to check in 45 minutes prior to lesson start time. When you get to Sierra Resort, you want to go directly to the Learn to Ride Center which is directly across from the ticket window.

If there will be an adult taking a lesson as well as a child, it is recommended you make reservations in advance.  You can reserve children's lesson packages online or call 530.659.7453 ext. 270.  If a child is in need of a lesson, report to Wild Mountain. There will be a line for walk-ins and one for reservations.

Can I use these corporate lift tickets in the summer?
Yes, we have some exchange options for the summer. People forget about all of the fun things to do in Tahoe in the summer! At Northstar Resort, you can exchange your Adult Corporate ticket for a round of Golf or Mountain Biking. 

• Golf - 18-hole round of golf after 1:00 p.m.
• Mountain Biking - Two mountain bike lift tickets
  

What is the $7 credit voucher?
If you choose to ski at Sierra Resort, lunch is on them!  On every corporate lift ticket there is a tear off voucher on the bottom worth $7 at Sierra-at-Tahoe Resort as a food or retail credit.  One per purchase, per customer valid at Sierra Resort only.

Can I use last year's corporate lift ticket this year?
Yes, you can use your old corporate lift ticket to ski and snowboard this year. Bring your corporate lift ticket to any ticket window and pay the upgrade fee ($5 per year).

Are there any deals on lodging available to me?

Yes!
