What is a "direct-to-lift" corporate ticket?
We send you a lift ticket rather than a voucher so you will be able to go directly to the lifts.  No more standing in lift ticket lines to exchange a voucher, all you need is a zip tie to attach your ticket.

 

Who is eligible to buy corporate lift tickets?
Virtually anyone and everyone is eligible to buy corporate lift tickets.  We offer Child (ages 5-12), Young Adult (ages 13-22) and Adult (ages 23+) lift tickets. Yes you can buy them for your friends and family through work too!

 

What if I don't use all of my tickets?
Corporate Administrators are eligible to receive a full cash refund or credit toward next years Corporate Lift Ticket purchases if 2009.10 Corporate Lift Tickets are returned by May 7, 2010.

 

What if I am a beginner or know a beginner who would like to participate?
You can exchange your Adult lift ticket for an adult learn to ski or snowboard first timer package valued at around $95 at Northstar® Resort or $85 at Sierra^TM   Resort.  Package includes:  A 2 hour lesson, ski/snowboard rental and an all-day lift ticket accessing the beginner terrain. Ticket holder must go to the Season Pass Office an hour prior to the lesson (10:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. at Northstar Resort and 10:15 a.m. and 1:15 p.m. at Sierra Resort) to check availability and reserve a spot in the lesson.

 

Are the corporate lift tickets valid for anything other than skiing?
Yes, the Adult corporate lift ticket can be exchanged for one of the following:

Adult learn to ski or snowboard package

$75 credit towards Kid's Lesson Packages at Northstar Resort or Sierra  Resort, excluding Minors' Camp at Northstar Resort and Little Bandits at Sierra Resort.

18-hole round of Golf at Northstar  Resort.  Valid Sunday through Thursday after 1 p.m.  Other tee-times available with upgrade fee.

How do I use the $75 toward child lessons exchange option?
You can exchange an Adult corporate ticket for $75 toward child lessons packages. At both resorts, report to their children center - Kids' Ski & Board School at Northstar Resort and Wild Mountain at Sierra Resort. Check in normally and use Adult ticket to exchange once you get to the cashier.

 

Can I use these corporate lift tickets in the summer?
Yes, we have some exchange options for the summer. People forget about all of the fun things to do in Tahoe in the summer! At Northstar Resort, you can exchange your Adult Corporate ticket for a round of Golf or Mountain Biking.

What is the $7 credit voucher?
If you choose to ski at Sierra Resort with a Dual Mountain corporate lift ticket, lunch is on them!  Dual Mountain corporate lift tickets (good at both Northstar-at-Tahoe Resortand Sierra-at-Tahoe Resort) have a tear off voucher on the bottom worth $7 valid at Sierra-at-Tahoe Resort as a food or retail credit.  One per purchase, per customer valid at Sierra Resort only. (Sierra-Only Lift Tickets DO NOT have a food voucher)

 

Can I use last year's corporate lift ticket this year?
Yes, you can use your old corporate lift ticket to ski and snowboard this year. Bring your corporate lift ticket to any ticket window and pay a small upgrade fee.

 

Are there any deals on lodging available to me?
Yes!   Northstar-at-Tahoe Resort invites you to spend the night.  If you are a corporate ticket holder, you are eligible for a discount on lodging here at Northstar Resort. To get more information about this call 1.800.GO.NORTH, press 1 for reservations and mention the package... " I would like to book the Corporate Lodging Special"

 

Is my Sierra Resort-only ticket exchangeable for anything?
No.  This is just a straight-forward discounted lift ticket.  It has no food voucher or exchange options, just a great price.
