Employee Transportation

Northstar-at-Tahoe™ Resort is located about 30 minutes from Reno and roughly 3 hours from the Bay Area off the Highway 267 exit on Interstate 80.

Access to Northstar® Resort is a cinch, thanks to Highway 267, which runs from Truckee to Lake Tahoe. The commute from Truckee is around 6 miles, while the commute from the North Shore of Lake Tahoe crosses Brockway Summit, which often requires chains or four-wheel drive during snowstorms.

Northstar Resort offers free shuttle transportation to and from work within a close proximity to the resort.  This service begins operating the second week of December.  Northstar operates transportation to Kings Beach on a limited basis prior to December 15th.  Please contact HR for more details.
