NORTHSTAR^TM RESORT'S 2006 SUMMER VACATION PACKAGES

TRUCKEE, Calif. - Beat the heat this summer and enjoy a vacation that will provide a lifetime of memories. Northstar Resort offers everything from leisure activities to rugged outdoor sports and the resort's Stay and Play packages will keep everyone entertained without breaking the bank.

STAY AND GOLF FREE
Enjoy rounds of golf by day and the convenience of Northstar Resort's mountainside accommodations by night. This package includes lodging and two rounds of golf per room, per two night stay, starting as low as $62 per night. Guests receive use of a shared cart for golf rounds and tee times are available starting at 12 p.m. This package is valid daily from May 26-June 29 and Sept. 5-close and Sunday-Thursday from July 5-August 31. Guests also receive complimentary access to the NPOA Recreation Center.

STAY AND PADDLE FREE
Nothing complements long days on Lake Tahoe like coming home to Northstar Resort, a quiet retreat located just six miles down the road. This package includes lodging and one three- hour kayak rental, per person, at Tahoe Paddle and Oar, starting as low as $62 per night.

Guests will receive a $10 food coupon, per person, to the Martis Valley Grille and access to the NPOA Recreation Center. Unused kayak rental vouchers may be exchanged for a $25 Northstar Resort gift card.  Package is valid daily from May 27-Sept. 4, 2006.

NORTHSTAR RESORT TENNIS CAMP LODGING PACKAGES
Ranked by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the Top 75 tennis resorts in the U.S., Northstar Resort's tennis center is worthy of a weekend getaway. The tennis camp package allows guests to brush up on their tennis skills during the day and relax and rejuvenate at night in Northstar Resort's accommodations. Package includes lodging, two days of group tennis lessons, one lunch at the Martis Valley Grille per person and access to the NPOA Recreation Center. The package starts as low as $263 per person for two nights and is available for the May 27 and Sept. 3 tennis camp dates.

WEEKEND GOLF GETAWAY
Beat the heat this summer and spend the weekend at Northstar Resort with the weekend golf lodging package. This package includes lodging, two rounds of golf per room, per stay, shared cart and complimentary access to the NPOA Recreation Center. This offer is valid Friday and Saturday only from July 7-August 25 and begins as low as $85 per person, per day. Tee times are available starting at 12 p.m. for play on Friday and Saturday. Unused golf passes can be exchanged for a $25 Northstar Resort Charge Card.

All packages listed require a two-night minimum and package value is based per adult on double occupancy in a studio condominium.
