Colbie Caillat and Michael Bolton Added to Lake Tahoe Music Festival Line Up

Outdoor Performances in the Village at Northstar™ Scheduled for August 4 and August 25

TRUCKEE, Calif. – June 6, 2011 – Grammy-award winning recording artist Michael Bolton and singer, songwriter Colbie Caillat round out the line up for the 2011 Lake Tahoe Music Festival this summer. Combining diverse music with the beauty of the Sierra Nevada and Lake Tahoe, the festival is the largest summer cultural event benefiting local communities. The Lake Tahoe Music Festival is scheduled for July 21, Aug. 4 and Aug. 25, exclusively at the Village at Northstar.

Programmed to open the festival at the Village at Northstar is Grammy-award winning Blues Traveler on July 21. Colbie Caillat will take the stage on Aug. 4 and Michael Bolton’s performance wraps up the annual summer festival on Aug. 25. Tickets will be available for purchase in the e-Store on www.NorthstarAtTahoe.com starting June 10, or in person at the Tickets & Season Pass Office in the Village at Northstar. General admission tickets will be priced at $35 for both Blues Traveler and Colbie Caillat, and $55 for preferred seating. Tickets for Michael Bolton’s performance are priced at $45 for general admission and $70 for preferred seating.

Colbie Caillat is admired for her dusky vocals and acoustic guitar. The release of her newest album, All of You, hit stores on May 24, 2011. Caillat is recognized for her homespun music and continues to resonate with listeners and win new fans. Little more than a year after the release of her nearly double platinum debut album, CoCo, Caillat has quickly made an enduring impact. USA Today declared the California girl a vital part of "a new wave of troubadours luring fans of all ages into a peaceful, easy feeling." The national newspaper puts her in the company of other platinum plus artists such as Sara Bareilles, Jack Johnson and duet partner Jason Mraz.

Caillat is a constant fixture on the road touring the U.S., Europe, Australia and Asia. She has alternated between headlining her own sold-out concerts and opening for artists such as John Mayer, one of her major influences. Michael Bolton is a multiple Grammy award-winning singer and songwriter and has sold more than 53 million albums　and singles worldwide. Currently he is on a 115-city world tour spanning several continents. Known for his soulful voice and poignant lyrics, his timeless style, charm and good looks have also earned him a spot in several "People Magazine’s Sexiest Man" issues, including this year’s "Sexiest Man in his 50’s." Bolton credits his fans with being "the best in the world" and loves nothing more than bringing his timeless hits and classic brand to thrilled fans globally.

Bolton is set to release a brand new album GEMS-The Duets Collection on June 21, 2011. The album features "I’m Not Ready" as performed with Delta Goodrem on ABC’s Dancing with the Stars. As well as includes collaborations with Rascal Flatts, Deal, Chris Botti, Eva Cassidy and more.

In recognition of his artistic achievements, Bolton has received two Grammys for Best Pop Male Vocal Performance, six American Music Awards, and a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. As a songwriter, he has earned more than 24 BMI & ASCAP Awards, including Songwriter of the Year, nine Million-Air awards, and the Hitmakers Award from the Songwriters Hall of Fame.
