While Northstar does conduct a Job Fair in late October, employment opportunities exist throughout the year and interviews may be available on a daily basis. Openings for year-round positions are posted throughout the year as they become available. Year-round positions include a great benefits package including 401K, paid time off, medical and dental insurance, and great recognition programs.
